Our Miser business and LEAP partnership was formed 5 years ago after observance that LEAP was to be the overwhelming choice of legal software to small and medium law firms in Australia. Our first foray was in the hosting of LEAP Software as a Service. We offer this service to firms where they have remote offices and need nomadic usage of LEAP software.
The phenomenal success of LEAP Office software has required and enabled our company to develop a broader range of technical service offerings to support the now more than 3000 law firms who have adopted this software and have in house hardware deployments. We expect that to proliferate significantly over the next few years.
Miser has elected to drive its LEAP support services through a help desk model that is manned by LEAP certified resources and where any person who takes a call can address the issues without any blame game. You are always speaking with a person.
Based our experiences with our own LEAP clients, we have determined that firms do not care whether the issues are Microsoft, Adobe, MYOB or LEAP itself, they just want a fix NOW.
Through the adoption of sophisticated remote control software, and the human interface, Miser people can normally address 80% -90% of a LEAP clients requirements through our help desk. With our own diagnostics, and collaborative third party relationships, we get the 100% result.
Many LEAP sites have good relations with their existing technology suppliers. We do not attempt to usurp those relationships but rather assist them with our LEAP technical capabilities.
For those firms starting out, MISER offers LEAP in a Box as an on site Server package with complementary services. These are maintained under our remote services packages.
For those firms who do not want anything to do with I.T. now or into the future, for a monthly fee we offer LEAP and your other applications hosted and launched from our data centre. The firm simply needs a high speed ADSL connection.
Miser offers LEAP accounting services and macro developers as well as consulting services for the legal profession.
Miser people have installed more legal sites than any other service entity over an extended period of three decades.
