The award winning LEAP integrated software package has a majority share of the Australian legal market and we offer existing LEAP clients remote services to suit the individual firm. These services are generally based around our technical help desk where we always offer a human interface. Your problems are solves on the spot.
Miser also offers the LEAP software on a hosted basis. This option is suitable where the firm does not want to purchase expensive Servers and deal with all of the upgrades of hardware and software, and where the principals of the firm would prefer to practice law.
FIRMS ARE DIFFERENT
LEAP is a software company only. It does not engage in the technical I.T. support of client sites. It relies on LEAP certified resources to support the non LEAP environment of hardware and software. Many firms have their systems set up by engineers with no experience in the LEAP software. Many sites are not LEAP compliant at a techncial specifications level.
